How to make
Overnight Chocolate Oats
For those who want a healthy, quick, and sweet breakfast!
Music for some "cooking" vibes. Listen as you create:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (40g) quick oats
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup soy milk (or any milk)
- 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp vanilla yogurt
- Wholegrain brown rice cake
- 10g melted dark chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp sweetener (optional)
- 20g cocoa protein powder (optional)

Lets get Started:
1. Mix all the ingredients together for the base.
And pour your mix to the jar you will be using.
1/2 cup (40g) quick oats, 20g cocoa protein powder (optional), 1/3 cup soy milk (or any milk), 1/2 tbsp flax seeds, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 tbsp sweetener (optional), 1 tsp cocoa powder, and a splash of vanilla extract
2. Prepare and mix the yogurt layer ingredients in a separate bowl too. And spread that on top of the base.
1 tbsp vanilla yogurt
3. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a bowl.
Then crush the rice cake into small pieces and mix it with the chocolate
4. Without waiting pour the top layer over the yogurt layer on to your jar.
5. Lastly leave it in the fridge for atleast 1 hour or overnight!
6. Tada, you can now eat!
